Glory Purchases Watchtower Building

Glory Capital has reportedly acquired a six-story, 43-unit elevator apartment building located at 6-10 Clark Street between Columbia Heights and Willow Street near the Promenade in historic Brooklyn Heights. The property boasts spectacular Manhattan views and is located in the pristine brownstone neighborhood of Downtown Brooklyn. The Brooklyn Heights Promenade is among the most exclusive areas in NYC.

The property was sold to Glory Capital by Watchtower Bible and Tract Society. Watchtower’s recent real estate activities have included the sale of six high-profile sites, including 105 Willow Street, 34 Orange Street and 169 Columbia Heights and a hotel property. In May 2007, Glory Capital acquired a 50,000 square foot, 30-story luxury residential tower at 67 Livingston Street from Watchtower.
